Is White Noise adults only?
Yes. White Noise is an adults-only sanctuary, welcoming guests 21 and over. The space is designed for rest, reconnection, and a quieter, more intentional experience.
What is the best time to visit Costa Rica?
Costa Rica offers something special year-round. The dry season (December through April) is ideal for exploring and adventure, while the green season (May through November) brings lush landscapes, fewer crowds, and a slower, more peaceful rhythm. Many guests especially enjoy the rainy season for its calming atmosphere and vibrant jungle environment.
Is your location safe?
Yes. White Noise is located in a peaceful rural community known for its strong sense of local culture and connection. The area is considered one of the safest communities in Costa Rica, and we are gated and hosts are nearby on the property should you need anything during your stay.
What wildlife should we expect to see?
White Noise is set within a protected jungle environment, so wildlife is part of the experience. Guests may encounter butterflies, birds, frogs, geckos, lizards, and occasionally monkeys or other native species.
Because we do not use harsh chemicals or pesticides, insects and small creatures are a natural and expected part of the ecosystem. These sightings are not an indication of cleanliness, but rather a reflection of the thriving natural environment.
Is the property completely private?
Each residence offers its own private space and amenities. The surrounding sanctuary—including the river and jungle trails—is a shared natural environment. Guests may occasionally see or hear others enjoying the property in these areas.
Will we hear other people or the local community?
Our property enjoys a generally peaceful setting, but because we’re part of a vibrant rural Costa Rican community, occasional neighborhood sounds are to be expected.
