Is the spa adults-only?

Yes. The Soulo Spa is an adults-only experience, designed for guests 21 and over. The space is intentionally created to support relaxation, privacy, and a calm, uninterrupted environment.

What is a jungle spa experience like?

The spa at White Noise is designed as a self-guided, nature-immersed experience. Set within the jungle, it invites you to move at your own pace—between sauna, cold immersion, river, and rest—creating a deeply personal and grounding ritual.

Is the spa private?

Yes. The spa is reserved privately for your experience, allowing you to relax and reconnect without interruption.

Are group or couples experiences available?

Yes. The spa is ideal for couples and can also be arranged for small, intentional group experiences. Each visit is designed to feel unhurried and personalized.

Can we add professional spa treatments?

Yes. Professional massage and wellness treatments are available exclusively to White Noise guests by advance request and subject to therapist availability.

Services take place onsite in an outdoor riverside setting and are provided by experienced licensed therapists. Advance notice is required for all treatment reservations.

What should I bring to the spa?

We recommend comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, and sandals or flip-flops. The experience is designed to feel relaxed and natural, so come as you are and move at your own pace.

Can we bring outside food or beverages to the spa?

To preserve the experience and maintain the space, outside food and beverages are not permitted. We provide coffee, tea, and water as part of your visit, along with light offerings such as whole fruits and crackers. Guests may also enhance their experience with optional upgrades including champagne, wine, curated cocktails, or snack board.

Is nudity allowed at the spa?

No. While the experience is private, guests are asked to wear appropriate attire throughout the spa to maintain comfort and respect for the space.

Is the river private?

The river is a natural and shared environment. While it often feels very secluded, there may occasionally be others further along the river who can be seen or heard. We encourage guests to enjoy the space with awareness and respect for its natural setting.

Is sunscreen allowed?

No. Sunscreen is not permitted anywhere within the Soulo Bath House experience, including the river and surrounding wellness areas.

Because Soulo is located within a natural river ecosystem, we are committed to protecting the waterways and surrounding environment through eco-conscious practices.

The space was intentionally designed with natural tree coverage, shaded lounge areas, and covered relaxation spaces for guest comfort throughout the experience.
