White Noise Butterfly Sanctuary & River Retreat is a unique river front villa retreat located near Manual Antonio National Park, tucked away in the mountains.

The name says it all. Escape the noises of everyday life and immerse yourself in White Noise. A nature preserve with 1,000's of butterflies and the soothing sounds of nature. Immerse yourself with the tranquil sounds of the flowing river. Live amongst the vegetation with the birds and monkeys.

Welcome to White Noise Butterfly Sanctuary & River Retreat. We are a private 50+ acre retreat nestled in the stunning jungle mountains directly on the Rio Damitas river. A scenic 20 minutes from the main city of Quepos, we are tucked away in the majestic mountains hidden from the city noise, making White Noise the perfect getaway for couples looking to escape the ordinary.
